A Midsummer Night's Dream
Date: Summer 2025
Place: Vanguard Theater Company (Montclair Theater Festival)
Job: Stage Manager

As the SM, since this was an outdoor festival show, there were no light cues. However, I was in charge of calling the mic cues for sound to ensure microphones were turned on and off at the correct times, as well as calling any needed sound effects or music cues.
I created a props list that was needed for the show which included where each of the props were being housed.

Here is a daily call template that I created for this show and sent out every night after rehearsal to prepare the cast for the next day.

Here is a weekly call sheet that I created, outlining who would be called each day, noting any conflicts, and providing a general schedule based on the information given by the director.

This is a mic plot that I created for our show. It outlines whose mic needs to be on at each point during the performance and which mic number was assigned to each actor.
Here is a rehearsal report that I created and sent out after each rehearsal to keep our full team informed about rehearsal progress and any needs that arose.
