About Me
I’m an 19-year-old first-year at Ithaca College with a deep and abiding passion for theater. My love for the arts has been a driving force in my life, leading me to discover stage management, a field that perfectly combines my strengths.
I consider myself an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational skills, and a creative
who finds joy in every aspect of theatre and the arts. I also love television production and am a part of Bombers Live, a football broadcast. As a part of the crew, I attend studio shows to give live pre-shows, halftime shows, and post-game shows and work on graphics.
When I’m not on campus, in the theater or TV studio, you can find me at home playing with my dog Maisie Grace or serving in my community. You could say I am someone who likes to keep busy. I am the founder and president of Ava’s Allies, a 501 (c)3 charity helping sick kids and their families since 2019. I have also received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, the National American Miss Heart of Service Award, and several other role model awards.
I am a National Stage Manager’s Association (SMA) member, and an honor roll student. In my spare time, I enjoy DIY projects, woodworking, crocheting, creating fun designs on my Cricut, watching home improvement YouTube videos, and learning new things. My favorite thing right now is going to live concerts and Broadway shows.
My passion for stage management stems from my love of caring for people and helping others reach their fullest potential in a safe environment. While my job is to manage and run the production at hand and facilitate the director's vision, my job is to equally be the person in the room where everyone feels valued and supported. Being a people person is a unique trait that sets me apart from others and shines when I walk into any rehearsal space or theater.
