Something Rotten
Date: Summer 2024 ( 3 week intensive program)
Place: Little Theater UCLA
Job: Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, & Audio Assistant
I created a whos in what sheet that included every scene and act and which actor is performing in which role. Multiple actors were playing different parts in different scenes.
Created an ASM run sheet that includes every crew transition or action that has to be done and prepared during the show. This sheet contains things that must be preset, handed off, or moved on stage. All of us SMs in the UCLA program worked on this together.

I blocked the "A Musical" dance break, digitally imputing every formation the dancers created. While this blocking was done quickly, in one day, we still had to include an enormous amount detail.
P.S. Since this was during an intensive program in order to block, I had to learn all 38 names in 2 days.
I helped create and edit a Cast Transition Assignment Google Doc that was sent to actors so they could implement these transitions into their tracks. During Tech Week, we trouble-shot these assignments and changed them around when necessary.
Helped our program head fill out our rehearsal report, keeping track of times and information that needed to be added.
I learned how to tape a rehearsal space floor and use the software final draft if working on a newly written play that still needs to be finalized.
